Mandatory Documents

For Indian Nationals — any TWO of the following required:

Aadhaar Card (UIDAI)
Driving Licence (Govt. issued)
Passport (Indian Passport)
Company / Nationalised ID Card (PSU/Bank/Govt/Corporate)

Note: Any two valid photo IDs from above list must be produced for every adult guest. Physical copies preferred; digital accepted for verification.

For Foreign Guests — related documents required:

Passport (with valid visa / e-visa)
Arrival stamp / C-Form (if applicable)
Foreigner Registration (as per Indian norms)

All foreign nationals must present a valid passport & visa. Please share scanned copies prior to arrival for smooth check-in.

Pickup & Drop Facility

Available – chargeable basis. Advance intimation required to arrange vehicle.

Important: "Bangalore also but have to inform in proper" — kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance for Bangalore pickup/drop. For all locations, prior intimation is mandatory.

How to inform? Call / WhatsApp our front desk or mention during booking. Charges will be communicated based on distance & vehicle type at the time of request (transparent rates).

From Sakleshpur railway station / bus stand, Belur bus stand, Bangalore — all pickup points require proper prior notice. Our team arranges local cabs or in-house vehicle on chargeable basis.

Meal & Dining Rules

All meals & starters have to be informed and ordered PRIOR to serving.

Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner | Snacks/Starters — pre-order mandatory.

Fresh homestyle Malnad cuisine (veg & non-veg).

Order deadline: At least 3-4 hours before meal time. For starters (evening snacks), please inform before 3 PM.

Special dietary requests (Jain, vegan) need 24h notice.

Meal timings (flexible but pre-order essential):
Breakfast 8:00–9:30 AM | Lunch 12:30–2:00 PM | Dinner 7:30–9:00 PM
Starters/Snacks (evening tea): 4:30–6:00 PM

Order hotline provided at check-in — help us avoid food waste and prepare fresh meals for you.

General Conduct

Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (early/late subject to availability)
Smoking strictly prohibited inside rooms. Designated outdoor areas only.
Music / loud noises after 10:00 PM not permitted to respect nature and fellow guests.
Pets NOT allowed — to maintain the serene estate environment and safety of local wildlife, pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Keep the estate clean — dispose waste in bins, help us preserve the Malnad charm.

Payment for pickup/drop & any extra meals must be settled before departure. UPI, cards & cash accepted.

Pickup & Drop – Important Guidelines

Sakleshpur Railway Station / Bus Stand: Pickup & drop available — chargeable. Must inform at least half day in advance.
Belur Bus Stand: Service available on chargeable basis. Please inform prior.
Bangalore: As per policy "Bangalore also but have to inform in proper" — advance notice mandatory (min 24 hours). We arrange local transport on chargeable basis.
No fixed prices listed: Rates depend on distance, vehicle type & fuel; our front desk shares exact charges at time of request — fully transparent.

For all pickup/drop requests, call the property directly after booking. For same-day requests, we will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee.

All meals & starters: prior order mandatory

Please place your food orders before 9 AM for lunch/dinner, and before 3 PM for evening starters. We prepare everything from scratch using local ingredients. No last-minute orders for elaborate dishes — this helps us serve you the freshest Malnad flavors.

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Evening Snacks (starters) — all need to be informed and ordered prior.

Group meals: kindly share menu preferences a day in advance.
