There's something sacred about 6 AM inside the plantation. The air smells of damp earth, ripe litchi, and wild jasmine. Our guests often join me for a guided walk — spotting Malabar giant squirrels, listening to the Malabar whistling thrush. This morning, I captured the estate drenched in golden haze.
